Alt to terminlal strip
« on: May 13, 2004, 05:40:37 pm »
I was just thinking here at work wishing i was home working on my cp... you should be able to use those 12v power connectors we all have on our PC power supplies as an alternative to a terminal strip.
It only has 4 has for connectors to each set, but its a slight improvement to managing all the wires on the under side of the panel. Just a thought.
Has anyone tried this?

Those are molex connectors.  You can use any of the various types of connectors that they make www.molex.com I believe.  I've got a panel with female molex connectors and then I plug in my CP.  I'm using swappable CPs and this makes it real easy to change out!  :)
