Need some arcade control help.

My dad really loves flying, and has Flight Sim 2004.  He would love to have his own throttle quadrant and radiostack (He has a yoke, and rudder pedals).  The problem is, both of those things cost thousands of dollars.  So he thought of building one himself.  I've spent the better part of the afternoon looking for plans that DIYers have made to do it themselves, to no avail. So I thought I'd come here, and hopefully you guys (and gals!) could help me out. It'd be much appreciated.
