This is a cool price for an IBM computer :P, it has no monitor but for a new MAME project i think it's fair enough.

You could probably pick something like that up for 20 or 30 bucks at a computer show.

I wouldn't bite on that.  For nearly the same price, you could get a more modern setup for MAME.

But if that's all you need and you don't wanna fuss with stuff, it's not like you'll be out a whole lot if it goes bad :)
