Need Wico Leaf Switches
« on: May 03, 2004, 12:01:58 pm »
I've been looking for these, but not sure what part number I'm looking for.  Checking out the Wico site there are a ton of switches, but the pictures don't match what I've got.

Hmm, what in particular are you needing?

The whole assembly with holder and  a pal nut our just the switch itself?

I'm pretty sure Peale is talking about the Switches for the old Wico joystick, but I am sure he will correct me if I'm wrong.  I'd love to find some myself.

In that case id say part #15-108301 since that is 2.389" length and i double checked the measurerment on one of my Wico 4 way switches.

wicothesource oldshool page 403

If they still stock any of those leaf switches id like to know since alot of the solder joints are broken off on several wico joysticks i have.

I am!  I can't believe I didn't say that.  I even re-read the post before hitting submit to make sure it made sense.

Moral: don't try to make posts that make sense when your kids are screaming at you.

Also: there's a plastic piece on the switches I have.  It *can* be moved to a new switch, but personally I'd rather just replace the entire assembly.

There are two joy leaf switches referenced on that page.  I'll have to measure to see.

Oh yeah, how'd you find that page?  It doesn't seem to be linked from the main site.

I see other people on this board reference the old online catalog and i bookmarked it for reference.

Theres alot of cool stuff in there, i wish wico was on top of things and would really put some effort in there website.

I asked Bob Roberts if he had any, and he said the last Wico leaf switches he had he found in the remains of an operators warehouse some years back...and there were two of them.
