Speaker grills

I am kinda in a pickle here. I need to find a 3 inch speaker grill.... anyone know where to find such a thing??? or have any ideas on how to make a grill? (ill try anything at this point)

I searched the web for several hours, and this was the only source I could find.  But they are friendly and very reasonably priced.

I recently opted to use PC fan covers.  Those, along with fan mesh or dark cloth are what I was thinking.  I'll have some pics soon, but I'm in sand/stain hell right now.
