I know this should go in the monitor forum, but the main forum gets much more traffic and hopefull I can get a fix faster...  :-/

I just bought a small black and white tv set....  upon hooking it up to a signal source, the picture is ok, except that there is a black bar across the middle and the top half is where the bottom half should be.  I've taken it apart, and fiddled with all the little variable things, that do affect the picture, but none of them fix this problem.  Please help!!! :-(
