when using the power from computer's power supply which wires do I need to connect the twelve volt bulbs to the red or the yellow.
I'm asumming the blacks are the two grounds.

You want the Yellow for 12v.  Red = 5v and yes, black=GND :)

It's likely that it'll say right on your power supply what voltage the wires are.

Maybe, most I've owned don't say tho.
