cojag hard disk format?
« on: April 23, 2004, 06:55:55 am »
Ey-up. My latest project is to build an Area 51 machine - I had all the components with the exception of the cabinet and oringinal screen, so I am using a whopping 33" monitor I had lying around, and I am going to build a custom cabinet.

What I would like to do is back-up the Hard Disk before I do anything (I never trust things with moving parts to last). Does anyone have any ideas about how to go about this. Its a standard IDE drive but it doesnt seem to be FAT NTFS.

Bovril.

Install linux, and use DD to make a disk image ?

That said, maybe Norton Ghost would do it ?
