Mouser has tons of different styles of these (snap in, screw in, w/ & w/o line filter...)

Browse around their online catalog, you will find what you need.  Here's just one catalog page of them:

Comp USA
Micro Center
Maybe Best Buy or Circuit City or Office Depot, or Staples.

Also, they usually come with the power supply and come back with the defective power supplies, so if you know of any small Mom&Pop computer stores, chances are they'll have 5-10 of them lying around and might let you have one for $2-3 or free.

EDIT:  Oops, thought you needed the cable - for the connecter, probably either of the computer stores, or Radio Shack (or a larger electronics supplier).

Rip one out of an old PSU.  Everyones either got old computer parts or at least knows someone who does!  :P
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

Why don't you want to scavenge one from a PSU?  If you don't have one, I'll send you one.

Radio Shack might carry them.  I know Fry's does as I've bought one there.

This is rather confusing.  If you are talking about the power cord that plugs into a PS for a computer, you can buy them at practically any electronic store, heck walmart, target, shopko and other places even sell them.  They are not that difficult to find at all, I have over 40 of them in the basement.

No, he's looking for the outlet.  At first I thought he was looking for the molex drive connector (some PS's have an external drive connector on the back, mine does) but he's looking for the 115V main connector.

Those things he needs are called AC Power Inlets. Mouser Electronics (www.mouser.com) has them as their stock number 161-0707-1 (screw mount with wide ears, 74 cents) and 161-3516 (screw mount with narrow ears, $1.41). Jameco Electronics (www.jameco.com) also has them as their stock numbers 16651CP (79 cents) and 147900CP (75 cents).

Note: the mounting 'ears' are also called flanges.
