Just a Simple question i hope.

Is there a site with a complete how-to setup mame to work with a 15khz monitor mamewah and a jpac?

Maybe not so simple then $:-\$

15 khz monitor - ask in the video hardware forum
mamewah - someone posted a guide to it earlier, do a search, or hopefully minwah added a link to it on his site.
j-pac - fairly straight forward, but see www.ultimarc.com
