Hi-quality Badlands Steering Wheel(s) for sale
« on: March 20, 2004, 01:33:20 pm »
If anyone is interested, I have a Badlands 360 degree optical steering wheel with internal PCB and mounting hardware on E-Bay for another week.

I actually have two of them, the steel control panel they were in, AND both pedals.  But I'm selling them piece-meal, since I doubt few people need either two wheels or an entire Badlands control panel  ;)

If you want everything, then simply bid and win the auction on the one wheel, and I'll throw the rest of the stuff in for cheap (control panel for free!).

How much for the whole panel and the pedals?

I'm in St. Louis so I could pick it up.

If that panel came off the machine that I THINK it did, then I could use it.

Paige,

I actually have the entire control panel, AND both pedals from the original Badlands cabinet.  I was told the pedals work, but I haven't tested them, and wouldn't rightly know how  :-\.  So I'd sell the pedals for very cheap.  And no matter what you buy, I'll throw in the control panel for free  ;D.

Since the auction already started, I have to honor it,  even though noone has made a bid yet.  So that I know you are serious, please place a bid on the wheel.  Then, once you've won the auction on Sunday, we can discuss the other components you'd like and figure out the extra costs.  If you end up paying more than is fair for the wheel just to win the auction, I'll gladly reimburse you for what I feel is a fair price.

You also won't have to pay the $15.00 shipping of course, since I assume you can stop by and pick up the goods.  Or I can drop them off at your place as well.

Thanks,
Rod.

Hmmm, I was just hoping you could quote me a price for the whole set. Although multiplying your start price by two (for two wheels) is already a bit over what I would be willing to go on them. I had a Badlands at my place for quite a while, and thought it might be cool to have the controls, but I am really not willing to pay very much for them. You will likely just do better selling them on ebay.

Might I suggest changing your auction to be for the entire assembly though, as it will probably sell better that way.

For those still interested in the wheel, though several parties have expressed interest, only 1 bid has been placed on the wheel, and the auction ends in 2 days (on Sunday night).  So you still stand a good chance of nabbing it (and more if you like...)
