I have a new Mag Stik Plus, that won't switch from 8 to 4 way or vice versa. It seems to engage but when I twist it just spins, I have check the nut at the end and it's tight. I have seen it switch from 8 to 4 a few times but never back to 8. If it goes through there is a zipped MP4 file showing what I see.
