  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Do any PS2 (or PS1) emulators support Jogcon yet? I'd love to play the PlayStation 1/2 Ridge Racer games with full analog and force feedback. Any options for this? If not, what about pad-hacking a Jogcon into a Logitech wheel maybe?

I've been working on it from time to time. But I can't dedicate fulltime to work on this.
Got jogcon emulation implemented on duckstation, but I need help from someone with knowledge on SDL and force feedback, to get the data out to a real racing wheel.
Also got a real jogcon working on duckstation, game sending commands to make it rotate. Uses a custom ps1 to usb adapter.

Sounds like Boomslangnz is your man. He often have his hands full with TP though, so it's up to him whether or not he wants to help you with this project. Hope he sees this thread and can be persuaded to do so

That's awesome! Do any other emulators support Jogcon with FFB?

Seems PCSX2 supports Jogcon and Negcon since v2.0. We are at 2.4 currently. I missed this information and has just tried today.
I was waiting for this option in order to get analog and FFB (at least rumble) on my Logictech G29 wheel.
I tested Jogcon and had mixed results . I got better results with Negcon emulation. Choosing the right options in the game, I got analog for wheel axis, acceleration and brake. I have some rumble but not so strong and there is no option  I am aware of to get it stronger.
I may give Jogcon another go to see if I can get better results.
