Golden Tee - PGA Edition - Help / Questions

Hi,

So am planning a dedicated cabinet build for a pedestal for golf/bowling/trackball games. I would like to have the pedestal in the Golden Tee - PGA Edition style. I'm open to building it myself/DIY or purchasing a flatpack/assembled unit. My Google-fu has turned up empty so I was wondering if anyone is aware of either someone selling either plans for CNC cuts or a pre-built cabinet in the PGA style? I realize this is a new cabinet and probs not much is out there just yet but figured I'd try. Thanks for any help and just to clarify, it would be the pedestal only, no controls/electronics/pc's etc.
