FS: Averkey Imicro PC-to-TV converter

Was digging through my closet this morning and came across this - I had forgot I had it and thought it may come in handy for someone here.  I used it with an old computer I had set up as an MP3 server.

According to the instructions the Mac adapter is an "optional accessory" so I don't think I ever had it.  What I have is the
Unit, Manual, VGA Cable, Power Adapter, S-video cable and AV cable.
