« on: November 12, 2023, 01:54:18 pm »
Hi all, I bought an Xarcade joystick, its the double player kind and I have NO idea what Im doing as far as setting it up to work with my PC. Is anyone out there an expert that can help me set it up?

Thanks

I'm no expert but X-arcade acts as keyboard so you should only need to plug it in, check with notepad (or internet) which key gives which letter and configure emulator/software accordingly. I think X-Arcade is popular enough that some software has preconfigured profiles for it.

This is a good place to start - https://support.xgaming.com/support/solutions/articles/12000003075-x-arcade-tankstick-dual-solo-joystick-manuals

I have a Tankstick, but I ended up replacing literally everything inside, since I wanted a bunch of stuff on a single USB, including 2 spinners and a trackball, along with sticks and buttons. It's not a small amount of work, so I don't recommend it, unless you're really comfortable with wiring, crimping, drilling holes, etc.... =)
