What is the notch for on control panel support
« on: July 04, 2023, 04:27:22 pm »
Going by Gaetan plans for Donkey Kong prints. The support for control panel that is attached to side panels has a 30 x 75 mm notch in the bottom of it.  Am i missing something? I cant find the purpose of it. It looks like the bottom front panel should go up higher to fit in notch. Should it just be squared off instead of notching it?

I thought this was to allow some measure of slop in the height of the front panel.

Unless the gap was left for some type of ventilation it may not need to be there. Being under the control panel it was probably seen as hidden.
