Utrak trackball question
« on: May 05, 2023, 02:39:41 pm »
So I have a super console x king which is essentially an android box and runs emuelec. Is the utrak ball compatible with this? Anyone have any experience using any kind of trackball on this software

Found a YouTube video that shows using a USB arcade-style trackball with emuelec on a similar android box made by the same company as your system.
- Can't embed or link to that video here because the video description includes links to several systems containing unlicensed ROMs. (see Rule 5)

Looks like a UTrak with the optional USB encoder should work.
- Try a USB mouse to confirm that your system can use a USB HID mouse before you buy the UTrak+encoder.
- You may have to adjust the trackball sensitivity for the emulated systems in emuelec.  The video mentioned that you can't adjust sensitivity for ScummVM games in emuelec.
