Moon Patrol Rom hack question - mame EDIT (solved)

Good afternoon,

Been out of the game for several years, was bit by the pinball bug, am picking up on a project I literally started 4 years ago

I am running a Raspberry Pi in a Moon Patrol themed cab and all is working as it should.  I have a switcher set up that can change to a JRok Multi Williams PCB as well.

I am wondering if anyone has ever hacked the Moon Patrol rom to include the Souza high score save and free play with attract mode rom versions? I am using Mame172 (yes…older than dirt..but the game play works perfect for my needs)
I realize that you can currently set the dipswitches to Free Play but it is stuck on the static start page and will not enter attract mode.  No bueno with my crispy clean screen CRT.

If this has been done…or there is an easy way to do this please point me in the right direction.  Google did not turn up much…

Im mainly just curious if its possible and figured some of the much more experienced folks on this forum would know. Thanks!

EDIT - well…that was easy enough.  Just deleted the associated bin file and added the other in.  And now Free Play with attract… I suppose most everyone knew that already but will leave this here just in case anyone else in the future wants to do the same thing.
