TV monitor
« on: March 02, 2004, 06:12:53 pm »
I need to remove the case from a TV, and I read how dangerous it can be to work with monitors.  Since, I'm not going to take the monitor apart, just remove the case, I was wondering how careful I should be.

Just avoid the suction cup lookin thing on the tube and you should be fine.

But incase you die or get hurt, I am not responsable.
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

take digital pics if you intend on reassembling it--might help for "where does this wire go?" circumstance and I second the "don't die but its not my fault if you do " clause  ;D
its better to not post and be thought a fool, then to whip out your keyboard and remove all doubt...
