WinPac vs 2 IPACs

I have 2 IPACs ID1 and ID2 all connected to the PC. Is there a way to select to which board to upload a config? At the moment i have to leave connected 1 board, send config, then disconnect it and connect the second board. Is there a command line to select boards?
