New Seimitsu 'Black Screw Ring' Diameter
« on: September 21, 2022, 11:02:45 am »
Hello everyone,

I am in the middle of planning my first cabinet build and have referenced the Taito Vewlix layout on Slagcoin as well as the general Panel Mounting and Layering Guide for Seimitsu button dimensions.

Does anyone have experience with the 'new' (I'm not actually sure how new they are) Seimitsu 30mm buttons with the slimmer/taller black screw ring that Focus Attack sells? Are these screw rings < 35mm in diameter and so smaller than the older white/clear rings that were used on Seimitsu buttons? I just am trying to confirm that the Taito Vewlix layout from Slagcoin will work with these 30mm Seimitsu screw-in buttons.

If not, is it safer to just change to the 36.5mm Taito Vewlix Layout or the 36.5mm Generic Vewlix Layout?

Thanks,
John
