Wiring Up LEDs to Power Supply 5v

Please bear with me as I am a complete noob when it comes to electrical wiring. 

I am wiring up roughly 47 electric ice RGBs in my control panel.  I have run the wire that carries the 5v power for each LED into Euro Style terminal blocks.  I ran these wires into the bottom half of the terminal block and daisy chained the top half of the terminal block to allow the power to flow throughout the entire terminal block.  So, I have 4 terminal blocks in total. 

Can I run the 5v from the PC power supply into one of the terminal blocks and then just daisy chain the four terminal blocks together in order to supply power to all four terminal blocks?  Also, will the 5v line from the power supply be enough to to power all of the RGB LEDs even if they are all lit white?

For what it's worth, I used 22 gauge wire to daisy chain the terminals in the terminal block.  I'll also use the same wire to daisy chain the terminal blocks together, if possible.

I'm going to say yes since I did something similar. I took one 12 volt line to two euro power blocks then 22ga. line to each buttons LED's resistor positive led bulb side. The negative sides were daisy chained back to ground. I made my own led lights from standard Happ buttons. Total 20 buttons with no power problems. The electric ice LED's probably have resistors already baked in so you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
