World Series 99 / Super Major League

Hey guys!
So I got this game working great! However once I press start a few times or switch the pitcher.. I get sound glitches where there’s not pitch or hit noise.. or cannot hear the umpire call strikes/balls?

I tried another emulator version.. and the sound works perfect.. but the text is cutoff and beginning stadiums do not show up?

Can anyone help? It was one of my favs back in Uni and would love to get it in near flawless order.
