PacLed64 seems erased
« on: June 08, 2021, 09:23:43 pm »
My boss gave me a PacLed64 without documents. I downloaded programs PacDriveDemo and played around. When changing Device ID from 3 to 4, then the device disappeared from the list. Now the PC recognizes the PacLed64 as U-HID compatible device after installing corresponding driver. The PacLed64 or _HID programs show No device or unavailable. I seemed erased the built-in program and changed the program into something else. What can I do now? Thanks in advanced.

The first thing that I would try is to go into the PC's control panel - device manager and delete the PacLed64 entry.  Then re-insert it and see how Windows recognizes it.

If that doesn't work, email Andy at Ultimarc.  He'll sort it out quickly for you.
