Powered gate that changes the stick from 4 way to 8 way with the press of a button ( under 1 second )..

If you have one of Glens Tron Joysticks you know that you have to decide between setting it up for 4 way use or 8 way use, I personally set it to 4 way because for me
I seemed to die more from not being able to control the Light Cycles correctly that dying from not being able to control the Spiders correctly and MCP Cone correctly, this
fixes that with the push of a button. Since we will be able to easily switch between 4/8 way mode, Zaxxon, Gorf, Satans Hollow are now back in play..

These will be good upgrades..

Wow what a great idea.

Lets see how fast our Chinese friends make this out of the gate before Glen does.

I would like to see this for all joysticks going forward. 

How about a spring in the Tron joystick shaft and two micro switches for DOT. 
Somehow the spinner push and pull isn't ideal solution.
