sure I guess, provided it physically fits in your proposed cabinet (what size monitor did ms pac cocktails have originally...? most likely it will fit)... it is a "real" arcade monitor so your best bet is to couple an arcadeVGA card with it, which rules out your laptop.

good luck with your project!

Those monitors are not VGA. Or if they are, then the seller is providing an incorrect description since he describes them for use in Pac-Man and Defender.

And standard 19" framed (arcade style) monitor should fit in your Ms. Pac cocktail, although you MIGHT have to rework the frame slightly to use some brands.

PC monitors will also work, but will probably have to be decased.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

That's an Imperial International/Kortek monitor. Those are excellent arcade game monitors. They are CGA (standard res).

There is another place that sells 19" monitors shipped for 200 bucks...

GREAT deal for BOTH cocktails and standups.

I have a 27" monitor and am considering moving down to 19".  Mainly because its hard to see the entire screen at once.  Games like robotron you loose something on larger screens... Harder to take in EVERYTHING thats happening.

I'm also considering creating an auto-bezel creation for games that don't have one.  This would allow for text help/moves to be displayed around the edges... but will take any screen into any end size.    (so if you have a 25" monitor, you can make it a 19" and add comments around the edges from the history.dat or controls.dat.
