OK, So I already have 2 X-Arcades. One is a Tankstick with the trackball and the other is a dual. The Tankstick has 2 Dominux 8's from Groovy Game Gear set as a pair of dedicated 4-ways.
I have the GRS Tron stick and spinner in a dedicated panel. I have the GRS Star Wars Yoke in a dedicated panel. I have the Sinden lightgun on the way. I bought a real racing wheel for a dedicated panel for racing games. That covers a large percentage of arcade games, but not all. Dedicated Defender/Stargate with a 2 way stick and all the buttons will be done soon.
I won the cabinet below at a video game show auction as one of the door prize 10+ years ago, and did nothing with it... Until now. I have bought the Zebsboards Pinball plunger and "Launch ball" button from Rich over at T-Molding.com (Great service and super fast shipping!!). My plan is to fill the upper left four buttons on the LEFT and not use them. The lower five will be used for Asteroids, Space Invaders etc.... The track ball hole will have a dedicated diagonal stick for Q*Bert, Q*Berts Qubes and Congo Bongo. The right side will have a Ultimarc U360 stick for any games that use Analog sticks and other such analog things. Being that I played a lot of Taito Space Invaders on a cocktail table as a kid, a 2-way Zippyy stick with a single red button will be on the front of the panel right below the trackball opening. Since there is so much room on the upper left and right, I am planning on dedicated video poker buttons on the upper left, and slots/black jack/keno etc on the upper right. Lastly, 2 pinball buttons on each side of the cabinet. 1 flipper and 1 magna save on each side. 4 holes at the top will be 2 chrome color buttons for coins, and 1 and 2 player buttons.
Am I crazy? Hell yes. Thank you for noticing.

So... Without the gambling buttons, I am looking at 23 buttons for the inputs, not counting the joysticks. The pinball plunger from Zebsboards can handle 17 inputs, so I still have 6 more plus joystick inputs to worry about. The U360 can handle 8 more. Then, if I **DO** go with the gambling buttons, I am still looking at maybe 16 more or so.... Would I be better off using multiple input controllers like the Zebsboards and U360 stick, or just spend the extra money and get an iPac or Gp-Wiz40 controller? Advice??
**EDIT** If you have been in this hobby for a long time, and think you have seen the panel somewhere before, you have. It is the original Devastator 1 from Treyonics. He has long since stopped making them, and ironically enough lived right around the corner from me back in the day.
