Problem with BLUE ELF 2
« on: February 02, 2021, 02:56:45 pm »
I've bought a Blue Elf 2 (2009) v 2.0 some years ago and it never worked properly, always had image noise. So I set it aside and been using a 60 in 1 vertical game board that works perfectly. But now with this pandemic, I finnaly have time to sort this thing out. The thing is I don't have a clue on what I should do. Please look at the picture in attachment. Can anybody help me please?
Thanks!!!

Greetings from Portugal!!!

Hi Velho Barras, welcome to the forums.
You've come to the right place for help.
My guess is, assuming that the Blue Elf unit is working properly, a malfunctioning power supply and voltage problem.
My second guess would be a harness problem of some sort.
I'm sure there are much more knowledgeable members that can help point you the right direction.

Thanks mate!!!

The unit is functioning, it's playable, but besides that image noise I reported, I don't have the joystick "up" control. Probably a pin out problem on the harness.
Hope someone here can shed a light on this problem.
Big thanks to all the community for all the availiable info, hope to get some answers here.
