ZapCon 2021 Update
« on: February 01, 2021, 01:51:28 pm »
Hey folks -

Just wanted to give you the official heads up that ZapCon 2021 has been postponed. Arizona’s Covid numbers and the restrictions in place unfortunately make hosting a show this year prohibitive.

The GOOD news is that the Mesa Convention Center has agreed to roll over our 2020 deposit once more to 2022, so there WILL be a show next year! So stay safe, keep saving those coins, and plan to come out and celebrate brotherhood and bideo gamez next year with all your BYOAC and Arizona Collectors family members!

See you then!!

Sucks you have to cancel again but totally understandable.

We have not rebooked our holiday again yet. Will wait until the back end of the year then make a call if we try to make it for 2022 or go to 2023.

Maybe organise a video and beer thing if I can get on at a reasonable time with you guys.

But stay safe n well y’all.

Me too.

There was just no way to do it this year safely. Games would have to be 6 feet apart, and it’s just not ZapCon unless you have PBJ grinding on you while playing Robotron. Keep saving your pennies, Bros! We’ll make it worth your while!

Have to wait one more year to play a classic A1UP or some Vertical Pinball, grab an authentic bite at Chipotle, and avoid running into anyone I know. /s

You had me fooled until “authentic chipotle,” not gonna lie.

My ticket credit is still good, my body is ready.

Thanks for the update, Yotsuya.

I'll be there... whenever it's a reasonable thing to do again.

Yeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!

It’s just not a ZapCon without you and NotThatJennifer running around. I’m going to try and make sure there is a Hard Drivin’ somewhere in the hall!
