Glen's Retro Show spinner 12-in-1 board mounting clip
« on: November 24, 2020, 12:28:12 pm »
I created a 3D printable mounting clip to mount the 12-in-1 board directly to the Glen's Retro Show spinner. No additional hardware is needed. Just clip the board into the base and clip the unit onto the spinner for a clean, tidy install. The STL is free on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4653394

I don't know what the 12 in 1 board is yet, but I want one of these just because it is awesome!

Of course I don't have a 3d printer either

Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools! I can fix it.

Thank you for the compliment. The 12-in-1 board turns the spinner into a USB mouse device compatible with windows, mac, and retropie. It also allows a trackball to be connected, as well. Without the board, the spinner is only for replacing an arcade1up spinner. If you do want one of these mounts printed, I can ship in the US. They're cheap to make, so it won't break the bank. Message me if you're interested. Glen's newest spinner doesn't use the board, so this isn't needed. It's native USB and mounts through a standard size button hole.
