I really love hearing and feeling a mechanical click when I hit my push buttons, but am having trouble finding suppliers that manufacture this type.
Seems like Paradise Arcade Shop at one point was selling a custom Cherry-MX Blue mod for Sanwa buttons, but they no longer carry stock:

If you want to keep the Sanwa buttons I don't know of anything. There are LOTS of other convex pushbuttons that use a clicky microswitch though.

Those with a cherry microswitch will be quite clicky.
