Here's some Outrun 2 Wallpaper

I was asked about pulling some textures from outrun 2006 to make into wallpaper.  Well since I'm unofficially the archivist for the game somehow, I actually have many of the promotional wallpapers for the game so I thought I would share.  I was going to zip them up, but I thought you might want to browse so just have at it in my mediafire folder.

Oooooh, thanks for sharing these Howard, I love a nice bit of Outrun wallpaper, always useful for videos and video thumbnails.

Two of the images seem to not want to let me download them though. The first one here: http://www.mediafire.com/view/ms8e7vzibfo6l1x/outrun_2006_coast_2_coast_ferrari_car_sportcar_cover_16202_1280x1024.jpg keeps going on about 'Generating new download key' and seems to be stuck in some endless cycle with it and not letting me download.

The second doesn't actually get as far as generating a preview http://www.mediafire.com/view/pa8rqdvso4tvmx1/car-game-1.jpg and then also goes into the 'Generating new download key' loop too.

Also, here's a little bonus Outrun image I found on the interwebs awhile back, it's apparently a hidden image in the MD version of Outrun for meeting certain completion conditions.
Phwoooar, look at the pixels on that etc etc!

I don't know man I just downloaded both to make sure they are working and they dled just fine.

Nice find on the MD image.... that's a new one on me.

Just tried again using my phone instead of my PC this time and both downloaded fine. Guess Chrome was having a funny 5 minutes or something.

Here's one of the palm tree backgrounds from the game, resized from 482x482 to 1024x768.  Yeah those textures don't look so hot out of game.  The dds plugin I have installed in photoshop is horrible, so it'll be a while before I get the rest.... I'm going to have to find the plugin I normally use.
