CPO repair
« on: February 20, 2004, 12:02:03 pm »
I am in the process of making a 6 in 1 game in  a jamma cabinet.  The
problem is that the CP was an old centiped and has a large hole in it,
does anyone know how to repair the holes that we left from other
conversion other then putting plastic over the CP..

I have thought of Bondo, like you would use on a car..not really sure
how that would work out, beacuse the new CPO is already on the panel,
and that might damage the Vinal CPO..

Any idea would be appreciated.

Mike

Ps. this will go up for sale soon, but I would not be giving it away.
No shipping at all local pickup only.

Driver:

I realize you're a newbie.. but a few things..

First of all, you posted a question about repair in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum.. This is not the place for these messages.
2nd of all, please look at the Main forum for answers to questions like this..  Had you bothered to GLANCE at the main forum, you'd have seen a post "How to repair/restore metal control panels" by OSCAR, with detailed instructions:
http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=16310

Everyone here (including myself) has no problems helping out with information, but realize that MANY questions have already been answered, you only need to look.
