X-Arcade Dual Joystick: Trimode USB help

I'm new to this have a few questions. I have just purchased the X-Arcade Dual Joystick: Trimode USB I got it to play mostly Mortal Kombat 11 on steam will it work with steam?
The only other game I play is World of Warcraft has anybody tried to set it up with it or is it even possible.

I have a Corsair Gaming K55 RGB Keyboard and a Corsair Gaming Scimitar PRO RGB Gaming Mouse.
