Toei musen cm-r20 help

ftp://I have a cockpit grandchampion. Replaced the power supply now game is working but have no screen. Can hear the game playing. I can hear the screen come on an crackling noise. It has a toei musen cm-r20 on side of chassis. Did check the b+ voltage off resistor 1 side read 160 an other was 145. Im new to this an hoping make this chassis work. Any help would be awesome. Thanks
