Can you guys help in these times of need?

So i work for a company that does medical telemedicine, primary care mostly, and they sent us to work from home. Business has been slow, so i was just wondering if anyone can help. I would think your business would be thriving in these times since most clinics are not seeing patients right now and recommending telemedicine for consults.
