Custom dust washers
« on: April 10, 2020, 01:53:16 pm »
so during quarantine, i decided to give some attention to my mame cabinets. My upright cabinet is named ZakMan after my oldest son Zakary. i started building it when my wife was pregnant with him, he is now 13. After upgrading the PC the other day and spending some time playing around with Attract Mode, i decided that it would be cool to have some custom dust washers for my joysticks.....so i fired up my laptop, logged into tinkercad.com, did some 3d modeling, printed them out on my 3d printer and did some painting (i didn't have any yellow filament)...and here is what i came up with.

Very cool idea; now I'm thinking of doing something similar with my resin printer. Is there any way to put the stl-files up on thingiverse?

Those look fantastic!  How do you keep them from spinning during game play?
