Right on!  I love it when a BYOAC'er gets the deal.  Had I more time I would have driven the 9 hours to get them myself.  You can't beat that price!  Congrats!

Thought you might be interested in seeing the cab's I picked up.

Here is the Elevator Action. It's got a nice bright green Taito cab. It fires up nicely. Has a little screen burn. The controls arn't working but they need to be replaced anyway.

Here is the Monaco GP cockpit. It's empty so I think it will probably be a x-box racer for a while.

A little advice....

Measure your cabs and the height of the ceiling in your stairwells. The cab is currently wedged in my basement stairway. Needed 1/4" more room for it to fit. Don't know when I'll get it out?

Probably sucks looking at sideways pictures. Could anyone tell me how to post them the correct way? I didn't see any options.

Wow!!!! Awesome score!  I can't thank you enough for picking them up for me!  When do you think you can deliver?  J/K - Nice elevator action.  Are you going to restore?  I think you would get a pretty penny for that or have a great classic if you did.  Too funny on the monaco.  Just let the air out of the tires until it fits :P

Remember me if you see anything like this pop up near Atlanta  ;)

Also, I flipped your pics and sent them to you.  I think you can delete your posts and repost them.  Congrats!

Cadet,

Thanks for the help with the pictures.

I've been searching e-bay to see some available parts for the elevator action... A little paint and a new overlay and she'll look good as new!

Still looking for the valve stem in those tires...

No problem on the pics, BTW: Love your basement, looks like the old Arcade I used to hang out in! :P  j/k

Wait a min, I just thought of something.  Let me guess, you put the Elevator Action in the basement, took pics, then tried to get the Monaco down the stairs and now can't get to the elevator action?  Does anyone see the irony here?   ;D

Nice score!

The Elevator Action looks to be in good shape. Any water damage/mouse guano in it? Does it fire up? Does it stink (like so many old cabs do)?

A quarter inch!

There has GOT to be a way!

Bring it back up, take the leg levelers off. Depending on your stairway, you might be able to remove a few pesky stairs too (easy if it is just a painted wood basic cheapo basement stair, harder if it is a nice one).
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

....that is too funny.  ;D

I can't believe you got that giant cab wedged into your staircase!!!!

........ perhaps you should just play it where it is ? You will definitely have the coolest staircase!

Seriously. Will it fit in my basement or what?
