Hey ive just finished my clone of "arcade in a box" and i sprayed it all black ... But its crap basically and i wanna remove it and paint it with black gloss, how will i remove the black spray paint? Just sand it? If so with what density of sand paper?

Get a good quality primer/stain blocker and roll it on.  Then roll on a black gloss.  To make it good, just make sure you don't put it on too thick or roll it too much.  Put a light coat on and plan on using at least two coats.
