Setting up Sega model on hyper spin / rocket launcher

Hi, can anyone help. I’ve bought an empty racing cabinet and Logitech wheels etc with a plan to set up my own racing cabinet. I’ve started on the software first, following some tutorials I’ve been able to add mame and super model 2 which works well but I can’t work out how to add supermodel emulator to rocket launcher , I’ve downloaded the emulator and a gui but the emulator exe doesn’t seem to load and I’ve heard you have to open with a cmd prompt, although I see finished videos of supermodel emulators on hyperspin on YouTube, could someone kindly walk me through the steps on how to get it working through rocket launcher , many thanks dan
