At a loss... monitor recommendations?

I know this isn't the LED/LCD monitor crew, but I need a flat panel for a wacky project I'm starting.  Constrained by weird dimensions...

MAX - 14.5" wide x 13" tall...
Best viewing angles possible...
Thinner is better...

Was heartbroken that a 15" 4:3 that I picked up for free won't work, even de-cased. 

Any smart recommendations for what to look for?  I just got an IPS panel for my bartop and LOVE it, but not finding anything even close to these dimensions without venturing into the medical/custom panel price range.

Grasping at straws and trying to get this project off the ground...
