X-Arcade TankStick Dual Autocad Template Files Please (DXF or AI Format)

Hello People I need help please
I am building an arcade machine with a Dual Tankstick controller.  I have the template files to print a "skin" but I am having a thick 3mm Perspex template manufactured for me and the company I'm dealing with needs a DXF or AI file format.  I attempted to convert the template to the DXF format but it didn't work.

I am basically making a plastic cover for my Tankstick and need to provide the files so they can laser cut the holes in the right locations.

Can anyone *PLEASE* help me with my request for a DXF or AI file for the Tankstick Dual Please?
