Hi all.

I'm wondering whether amd cards are better than nvidia ones for finer refresh rate control.

For example, if I request 60.1 Hz (as opposed to just exactly 60Hz) from the card, am I more likely to get a real world 60.1Hz from amd cards than nvidia?
