Help to compile groovy for nonag

Hello to everyone! i recently installed groovymame but i have some troubles with version 200.
In fact is working like a charm, i have hiscore, resolutions correctly,... but i need to recompile to remove warning and error screen to be perfect.
I tried modifying mame.in with:
skip_gameinfo             1
with no luck.
How can i do this in windows? i need a tutorial for dumbs  ;)
