I looked under templates but none had any demensions. If anyone has a 2 player trackball 4way spinner cp layout w/ demensions or could give me a link that would be great(perferably a jpeg or autocad file).

Mine houses all those components and is all prepped to accept two more ls30 joysticks (ikari warrior style). The dimensions are basically 38" x 13".
My cp can be seen here www.alphasqorner.net -> alphasqontroller.
I also have a PSD (photoshop file) of the layout that is all proportional here
