Double Dragon (Taito Universal Cabinet) Help!

I've owned a Double Dragon arcade cab for years, but it's been in non-use since my last move a few years ago due to life, etc. It would not power on the last time I tried it, and last night I discovered why: The power cord had come loose during the move, and none of the three lines were connected to the RFI filter.

I've been able to identify the hot, neutral and ground lines, but I have no idea which one goes to which connector on the filter. Could someone with a DD cabinet of their own (or else with a basic knowledge of how this should be wired) please provide me with some guidance? Pics below (hopefully: I'm new at this!). Thank you.

The two black wires go left and right on the top row and the green one goes on the bottom. If you want to be 100 percent correct then you can use a multimeter to make sure you get the polarity right. If the polarity is wrong in that Taito cabinet then it will still work, but there is a small chance it could give you a little shock if you touch a metal part while well grounded. In reality though I have never been shocked by a wood body cabinet, only by steel body ones, and I have messed around with plenty of games with sketchy wiring and busted off ground pins.

Short version. Hook up the two black wires to the two top spots, doesn't matter which goes where. See if the game works. If so, then use a multimeter to make sure your hot and neutral are in the correct spots and then hook up the green wire to the other spot.
