FS/FT Full Size MAME Cab.
« on: February 06, 2004, 12:42:07 am »
Hanaho ArcadePC Deluxe model. Will be adding a PC, NEC 1100+ 21" monitor and a sound
system. It has a Tracball, 2 8-way Joys, a MsPacman / Galaga reunion 4
way and buttons (Hot rod controller). Also has the keyboard encoder and
working brand new Happs over/under. I havent put my gutz in it yet, so I
will sell in current condition if you want it that way.

The cabinet looks brand new. I was going to put it in my house as my MAME
cab, but I crossed over from the darkside (or is it into)....real arcade
machines!!!

I am willing to trade for real games. Make me an offer. You never know
until you ask! I will be able to deliver and pick up the trades too. (in
the SF bay area)

Interested in Tempest, Starwars, Pacman, MsPacman, Any Williams uprights,
Galaga, Tron, ??

Pics are at: http://www.myuselessprojects.com/arcadepc/index.html

Thanks.
-Tom

If it went with the PC and monitore then, it went cheap. You should have gotten over $1000 on ebay pretty easy for that.  Without the PC/monitor it was still a good deal. I'd figure the used 1.1ghz and 21" monitor worth about $200.

Just my opinion based on what I've seen cabs go for in my area, maybe they sell for less by you.

Other people will disagree with me but I just built a similar sized cab from scratch and easy have $1400 into it. The one I converted before that had about $1000 into it just in parts.

I wouldn't put a pc monitor in it though, I'd do a tv. Arcade monitor would be really cool but not worth the extra $'s to me.

To be honest, I hate dealing with ePay. It would have been nice. I probably could have held out for more. However, it wasnt doing me any good sitting there collecting dust and this person seems pretty excited about the time saved in building / mistakes / etc...

All in all, I feel comfortable that this is mutually a good deal.
