Frequent Crashes | soundlatch written before being read
« on: July 12, 2018, 02:12:15 am »
I am having trouble with frequent crashes in game while using groovymame64_0196.017h_d3d9ex I have never had crashes on these games while using mamedev.
Judging by the error log, I am assuming this is a sound issue. I have attached the log and my config below.

Cheers

Edit: added log, ket.txt

That is not the log we need. Check my signature.

Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead or pasting it.

I have attached the logs to my original post (ket.txt). The log looks like it was cutoff during writing, so I have also included the output from cmd prompt (cmdlog.txt)

Thanks. Are you using save states?

Yes I use save states. The crash usually doesn't happen immediately after loading and I have also had crashes without loading a save state.
