  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
I want know to what is MAME ROM structure? And Can we build MAME ROM from HEX file?
Because I have some Game files in hex code that game files works in OLD 6502 Microprocessor board, Now i want to run that game files (Maybe that file in HEX) in MAME ? NEED to add mame bios in HEX file ? or any other way?

Yes, you can use hex file to make a ROM file, but it won't do you much good. Your microprocessor board would have to be emulated in MAME/MESS in order for it to use the ROM. Otherwise you have the equivalent of a ROM chip with no board to run it on.
